2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

a) For Buyers/Resellers:

     

      • You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

      • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

      • You agree not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

    b) For Vendors:

       

        • You must provide correct business details, including GSTIN, PAN, and bank details.

        • You are responsible for the authenticity and quality of the products you list.

        • Any misleading information or counterfeit products will lead to account suspension.

      3. Product Listings and Pricing

         

          • Product prices, descriptions, and availability are maintained by individual vendors.

          • We reserve the right to modify product listings, suspend items, or correct pricing errors at any time.

          • Images shown are for reference only. There may be minor variations due to lighting or fabric texture.

        4. Order Placement & Fulfillment

           

            • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

            • Vendors are expected to dispatch products within the timelines specified in their dashboards.

            • We may cancel orders at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect listing, or logistics unavailability.

          5. Payment & Transactions

             

              • Payments are processed via secured third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU).

              • All transactions are in INR (₹).

              • We do not store card or bank information on our servers.

            6. Shipping & Delivery

               

                • Orders are shipped via integrated logistics partners like Shiprocket.

                • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location or vendor location.

                • Tracking details will be shared once the item is dispatched.

              7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

                 

                  • Each vendor may define their own return/cancellation policy. Buyers are advised to review it before placing orders.

                  • In cases of damage, wrong product, or missing items, complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

                  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.

                8. Intellectual Property

                   

                    • All content — logos, images, product data, text, and code — belongs to Premhilsha or its respective vendors.

                    • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

                  9. Suspension & Termination

                  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

                     

                      • You violate any provision of these Terms.

                      • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

                      • Required documents or business information is not submitted or found invalid.

                    10. Limitation of Liability

                       

                        • Premhilsha acts as a facilitator between vendors and buyers. We are not liable for the actions, delays, or defaults of vendors.

                        • We do not guarantee the continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform.

                      11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

                      These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panipat, Haryana.

                      12. Amendments to Terms

                      We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
